FAQs
Yes! To help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all dogs, every new pup is required to complete a complimentary trial visit. During the visit, our team will assess your dog's temperament, social skills, and comfort level to determine if daycare is the right fit.
Yes, we require proof of vaccinations for Bordetella, DHPP (distemper/parvo) and Rabies. If your puppy is not yet fully vaccinated, we offer individualized puppy care visits.
Yes, all dogs attending doggy daycare must be spayed or neutered.
City Tails daycare is the perfect place to spend the day playing with friends and having fun. Our team interacts with each dog, offers lots of belly rubs and hugs, and engages the pups in fun activities throughout the day. We love to play music and games, encourage dogs to get exercise, and provide a quiet rest area when they need a break.
You don’t need to send anything, but we are always happy to accommodate special requests. Please provide us with food, medication, or other items for your dog, if needed. Our goal is to ensure that your dog feels comfortable, is well taken care of, and arrives at home happy and tired after a fun day of play.
